Slow Space is an independent design destination for objects worth keeping. We discover distinctive pieces from makers, artists, and design studios around the world, selected for material, craft, provenance, and a point of view.
The name comes from a simple belief. Clarity comes from being selective about what we give our attention, and our space, to. Slow, to us, is not about doing less. It is about choosing well.
Slow Space was founded in California by Anna Kersova after two decades of working across countries and cultures, including more than a decade at Apple. The same instinct for selection guides the store. What is worth our attention, our time, and our space?

Our first collections are made by Kevala Ceramics, a Bali-based studio with extensive experience in contemporary tableware and luxury hospitality.
The edit includes award-winning material design, original collections created for private resorts, artist collaborations, and sculptural pieces chosen for their form. Each collection has a different reason for being here. That is the point.
Know what you live with. Who designed it, who made it, what it is made from, where it comes from. We believe those details belong with the object, not in the fine print.
