We ship within the United States only. Each order is carefully prepared before it leaves us.

2–5 business days after order is placed. During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Each piece is wrapped with care using renewable materials, thoughtfully chosen to eliminate plastic wherever possible.
Slow Space is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported missing from the delivery address.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@slowspace.store. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched.
Once your order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, each piece is one of a kind. We encourage mindful purchasing and are happy to answer any questions before you order.
Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition, returned in their original packaging, and accompanied by your order confirmation email.
How to start a return
Contact us at support@slowspace.store before sending anything back. We will review your request and provide a return shipping address upon approval.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different piece, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.
If the replacement piece is priced differently, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method or charged accordingly.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@slowspace.store.
What to include
Your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging including the outer box.
Resolution
We will offer a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
Final Sale
Custom pieces, limited editions, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.
