This policy describes what information Slow Space (“we,” “us”) collects when you visit slowspace.store or place an order, and what we do with it. The Site is operated by Towering Tree LLC. We keep this policy short because our approach is simple. We collect what we need to run the store, and nothing more.

When you place an order, Shopify's checkout collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment details on our behalf. Payment is handled entirely by Shopify. We never see or store your card number, and order data is processed on Shopify's servers in the United States. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can follow up.

As you browse, we collect standard usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate region) through Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that uses no cookies and doesn't follow you across the web. We also use measurement tools from Meta and Google to see whether our advertising works and to reach relevant audiences. Those tools may use cookies and similar identifiers.

We use your information to process and ship orders, answer your emails, understand how the store is used, and measure our advertising. We don't sell your personal information.

We share information only with the services that keep the store running. Shopify handles our checkout and orders. Shipping carriers deliver your packages. Meta and Google provide the ad measurement described above. Each of them handles your data under its own privacy policy and our agreements with them. We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

You can limit cookies in your browser and opt out of personalized advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info. Like most websites, we don't respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We honor these rights for everyone, not just Californians. To use them, email us and we'll respond within the time the law requires.

We keep order records for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Analytics data is aggregated and isn't tied to you personally.

The Site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
